Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a place for your child with After School Dreams, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Booking & Payment Policy.

These Terms apply from the date a booking request is made and accepted.

2. Bookings

Bookings may be requested by email or through our website.

A booking request does not guarantee a place. A child’s place is considered reserved once booking details have been confirmed and the applicable booking terms have been accepted.

Parents are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete.

3. Payments & Invoicing

Payments are made by bank transfer in accordance with the information provided by After School Dreams.

Fees are calculated based on attendance and session reservation, as outlined in our Booking & Payment Policy.

Invoices for applicable services, including Tardes Divertidas, are issued at the end of each semester and must be settled by the stated deadline.

4. Attendance & Absences

Attendance is recorded for all sessions.

If a child is unable to attend a scheduled session, parents must notify After School Dreams at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions missed without sufficient notice may still be charged, as places and instructor time remain reserved.

5. Late Collection & Safeguarding

Children must be collected promptly at the end of their activity or by the designated collection time.

Late collection fees may apply as outlined in our Booking & Payment Policy.

After School Dreams prioritises the safety and wellbeing of all children and may follow safeguarding procedures if a child is not collected within a reasonable time and contact cannot be made.

6. Health, Medical Information & Behaviour

Parents must provide full and accurate information regarding:

• Medical conditions

• Allergies

• Special or additional needs

Parents are responsible for informing After School Dreams of any changes to a child’s medical or personal circumstances.

After School Dreams expects respectful behaviour from all children. In rare cases where behaviour poses a risk to the child or others, we reserve the right to withdraw a child from an activity.

7. Liability

After School Dreams takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of children in our care. However, participation in physical and creative activities carries an inherent level of risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes to Services

After School Dreams reserves the right to make reasonable changes to activities, schedules, or instructors where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Parents will be informed of any significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Updates to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
