Booking & Payment Policy
After School Dreams
1. Bookings
Families may request a place for their child either by email or via the After School Dreams website.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability.
A place is confirmed once payment instructions have been issued and the applicable payment terms have been accepted.
2. Booking Process
2.1 Booking by Email
Booking requests may be sent to info@afterschooldreams.com.
Parents should include:
Child’s full name
School year
Any allergies or relevant medical information
Activity or activities requested
Photo permission (Yes / No)
Once received, payment instructions will be provided.
2.2 Booking via Website
Booking requests may also be submitted through the online form on our website.
Payment instructions will be sent following submission.
3. Payments
All payments must be made by bank transfer.
This allows families to pay the exact amount without additional processing fees and helps us keep activities accessible.
Payment details, deadlines, and billing arrangements are communicated by email.
4. Attendance & Absences
Children are enrolled in activities for the duration of the semester, and attendance is recorded for each session.
Fees are calculated based on the sessions attended or reserved for the child during the semester.
If a child is unable to attend a scheduled session, parents must notify After School Dreams at least 24 hours in advance.
Absences notified with more than 24 hours’ notice will not be charged.
Absences notified with less than 24 hours’ notice, or without notice, will be charged, as the child’s place and instructor time remain reserved.
5. Changes to Activities
Requests to change activities must be made before the start of the semester and are subject to availability.
Once the semester has commenced, changes cannot be guaranteed.
6. Refunds
Charges applied in accordance with the attendance and absence policy are non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances, adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of After School Dreams.
7. Tardes Divertidas
Tardes Divertidas operates on a pay-per-use basis.
Attendance is tracked daily, including arrival and collection times.
At the end of each semester, families will receive an invoice detailing:
Total hours attended
Applicable hourly or session rate
Total amount due
Bank transfer details
Payment deadline
Invoices must be paid by the stated deadline and before the start of the following school term.
Failure to settle an invoice by the due date may result in temporary suspension of access to Tardes Divertidas until payment is received.
8. Late Collection
Children must be collected promptly at the end of their activity or by 5:30 pm for Tardes Divertidas.
Late collections may result in a charge of £15 per 10 minutes to cover additional staffing costs.
In cases of repeated or prolonged lateness, safeguarding procedures may be applied.
Parents are responsible for ensuring contact details remain up to date.

Our Process
Booking & Enrolment
Families can request a place by email or online. Once confirmed, sessions are reserved for your child for the semester.
Attendance Records
We keep a simple record of attendance for each session so everything runs smoothly and fairly for everyone.
Absences & Notice
We know plans can change. Let us know at least 24 hours in advance if your child can’t attend, as sessions may still be charged when places are reserved.
Payments & Invoicing
Fees are calculated clearly based on sessions attended or reserved and invoiced transparently at the end of the semester.
