How it all started

After School Dreams began as a shared vision between siblings Xavi and Carla, who wanted to create a space where children could learn, play, and grow beyond the school day. What started as a small idea soon became a vibrant community — a place built on care, creativity, and family values.

Carla oversees the daily running of After School Dreams, ensuring every activity and camp operates safely and efficiently. With a strong background in education and organisation, she manages communication with families and supports staff across all programmes. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence keep everything running seamlessly.

With extensive experience in coaching and team leadership, he trains and supports staff to maintain high standards across all programmes. His passion for sports and education inspires both children and colleagues every day.
