Term-Time Programmes FAQs

  • We offer a wide range of enriching term-time activities, including sports, dance, creative arts, cooking, language learning, and academic support. Our programmes are designed to support children’s physical, creative, and personal development in a safe and nurturing environment.

  • Bookings are made through our website by completing the online booking form. Term-time programmes can be booked flexibly, and children do not need to be booked for the full term unless specified. Families may choose the days and activities that best suit their needs, subject to availability. You can also contact us directly at info@afterschooldreams.com for any enquiry.

  • Invoices are issued at the end of each term and must be paid within one week of receipt.

  • All cancellations must be notified by email at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

  • Yes, each activity has its own required uniform. Uniform details and orders can be arranged by contacting info@afterschooldreams.com

  • If you wish to switch activities, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

Holiday Camps FAQs

  • Our holiday camps offer a varied and engaging programme designed to keep children active, inspired, and entertained throughout the school holidays. Activities include sports, creative workshops, games, and hands-on experiences, with themed weeks and special trips incorporated to make each camp unique and exciting. This approach allows children to explore new interests, enjoy memorable experiences, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment.

  • Holiday camp bookings are made by completing the form available on our website under the Holiday Camps section. Payment must be made in advance to secure a place.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. In this case, the amount paid may be transferred to another camp day. Please note that refunds are not available.

  • Yes, children are required to bring a packed lunch, snack and a refillable water bottle each day. We kindly ask that lunches are nut-free to help ensure the safety of all children attending the camp. Further details will be shared with families ahead of each camp.

  • Families will receive detailed information prior to each camp, including what to bring, clothing requirements, and daily schedules.

  • No, you can book individual days or you can sign up for the week.

  • No, we kindly ask that you book in beforehand so we can staff correctly.

  • At After School Dreams, our staff are able to support children who are toilet trained and can use the toilet independently. For hygiene and safeguarding reasons, we do not provide or encourage the use of potties.

    For younger children who are toilet trained but may occasionally have accidents, we ask parents to complete a consent form authorising a member of staff to assist with changing clothing if needed. This ensures we can respond appropriately while maintaining the child’s dignity, safety, and wellbeing.

Private Tutoring FAQs

  • We offer private tutoring across a range of subjects and age groups. Sessions are tailored to meet each child’s individual needs and learning goals.

  • Tutoring sessions can be arranged by contacting us directly. Availability will be confirmed based on the student’s needs and tutor schedules.

  • Payment details will be provided at the time of booking. Cancellations must be communicated 24h in advance, and policies will be outlined upon confirmation of sessions.

  • Yes! Private classes may be available in a home setting, subject to the type of activity, location, and staff availability.

    All home-based sessions must meet our safety and safeguarding requirements. Please contact us directly to discuss your request and confirm availability.

  • Usually private lessons run for one hour. Should you wish for longer, we please ask that you state this when booking the class.

  • Yes! We would need to know in advance in order to increase the number of instructors we send based on the number of children in the class.

Birthday Parties FAQs

  • We offer themed, activity-based birthday parties led by our experienced instructors, creating fun, memorable experiences in a safe and well-organised setting.

  • We recommend booking birthday parties well in advance to ensure availability and allow time for planning.

  • Each party includes professional supervision, structured activities, and use of equipment. Full details are provided upon enquiry.

  • Cancellation terms will be shared at the time of booking and depend on the type of party and preparation required.

  • Our parties last 2/3 hours.
